Head Pizzaiolo
Lead our coal-fired oven operations with artisan pizza-making expertise. You'll be responsible for crafting signature pies, training junior staff on dough stretching and topping techniques, and maintaining the quality standards that define Anthony's.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional pizza-making or culinary experience
- Experience with high-heat wood or coal oven cooking preferred
- Strong knowledge of dough fermentation and quality ingredients
- Team leadership and training ability
- Food Handler Certification required
Front of House Server
Be the face of Anthony's and deliver memorable dining experiences. You'll greet guests, guide them through our menu, process orders with precision, and ensure every visit feels like a special occasion for our guests.
Requirements
- 1+ years of restaurant serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Must be available evenings and weekends
Kitchen Prep Cook
Support our kitchen team by preparing fresh ingredients, portioning toppings, managing mise en place, and maintaining impeccable food safety standards. A critical role that keeps our kitchen running smoothly during peak service hours.
Requirements
- Prior kitchen or food prep experience a plus but not required
- Strong knife skills and understanding of food safety
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Shift Supervisor
Lead and motivate our front and back-of-house team during assigned shifts. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure service standards are met, manage inventory, handle guest concerns, and report to the general manager to keep everything running at peak performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling
- Food Manager Certification preferred (we assist with obtaining)
- Availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts
Delivery Driver
Bring the Anthony's experience directly to our guests' doors. As a delivery driver, you'll ensure hot, on-time delivery with friendly service that represents our brand. Mileage reimbursement and tips make this a rewarding role for drivers who know the Allentown area.
Requirements
- Valid PA driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with proof of insurance
- Knowledge of the Allentown and surrounding areas
- Friendly, professional demeanor and customer service skills
